Everything You Need to Know About Becoming a Vendor at SSNS Festival

Welcome to SSNS Festival 2024 – the ultimate celebration of music, food, and fun! We invite you to be a part of this vibrant experience by becoming a vendor. Below, we’ve compiled detailed information, FAQs, and guidelines to ensure your journey as a vendor is seamless and rewarding.

Vendor Expectations:

As a vendor at SSNS Festival, we expect you to bring your A-game. Whether you’re tantalizing taste buds with your culinary creations, offering unique products, or promoting professional services, make sure your booth reflects the lively spirit of the festival. Engage with attendees, create a visually appealing setup, and contribute to the overall festive atmosphere.

Payment Plans:

  1. Pay In Full:
    • Secure your spot by paying the full vendor fee upfront.
  2. Two Payments:
    • Opt for two payments – half down upon approval and the remaining before the specified deadline. Only Available for early registered before January 1st, 2024…
  3. Split Payments:
    • Third Party – Allows vendors to split payments into 4 to 12 monthly payments using PayPal Later, Affirm, Klarna or After Pay – This option will no longer be available after the March 21st, 2024… Contact us at vendor@ssnsfestival.com for special consideration.

Limited Vendor Opportunity:

Vendor slots are limited, operating on a first-come, first-serve basis. Even if you’re unsure of availability, register now to secure your spot. The festival promises a diverse and engaged audience, making it an invaluable opportunity for vendors.

Vendor Rules:

  • All vendors must adhere to local health and safety regulations.
  • Booths must be set up and ready before the festival’s opening hours.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor towards attendees and fellow vendors.
  • Strictly adhere to the assigned booth space and festival guidelines.

SSNS FAQ’s

What Date & Time do Vendor Load In?

May 23th, 2024 – Between Noon – 8pm

or

May 24th, 2024 – Between 7am – 10am

What is the Event Date & Time?

May 24-26, 2024

Between Noon – 11pm / All 3 days

Vendors can opt-in for FREE for Friday, May 24th, 2024 between 7pm – 11pm concert event for Pre Event Day Vendor placement. This would give vendors two days for the price of one day. If Vendors would like to be present on the 3rd day you need to send a email to opt into the 3rd day (Sunday). To vend on Sunday would be another vendor fee at the cost of your selected vendor slot.

Is the event Indoor or Outdoor?

It is a outdoor event but has plenty of trees, large pavilion, and vendor booths for shade

Does SSNS Festival take a percentage of Vendor sales?

No, SSNS Festival does not take percentage of vendor sales or profits.

If you are a BBQ Vendor?

BBQ Vendor must participate in the BBQ Competition if they are selling Brisket, Quarter Chicken, Pork Ribs. For more information contact vendor@ssnsfestival.com

How Much is the vendor fee or competition fee?

Depends on vendor type and add-ons you need? So you can view the pricing here and you can review add-on cost here if applicable.

What is the SSNS No Loss Insurance?

This is a simple policy by SSNS Festival to reimburse vendors the revenue difference if vendor does not reach at least vendor fees in earnings. Only Vendors that elect to be audited will be offered this protection. This No Loss Insurance is at no cost but vendors must opt in and be paid in full before March 15th, 2024. Late Vendor load ins do not qualify no matter if they opted in or not.

Can I receive a Refund for my Vendor Fee?

If you have paid in full before the vendor deadline: You will receive full refund minus deposit. The deposit differs depending on what payment arrangement options selected by participating vendor. This Deposit will be kept by the SSNS Festival. If a vendor has not paid in full before the vendor deadline the deposit will be forfeited (kept by SSNS Festival) and vendor will lose placement at the event. Unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by the vendor & SSNS Festival Administrator’s.

Are Vendors provided Parking?

Vendors will be provided parking at the event.

This is One Parking Lot pass for one attending car

Vendors receive 40×40, 20×30, 20×10, & 10×10 Vendor Space.

Do I Need a Permit to be a Vendor at SSNS Festival?

Yes

But only if your food or drinks are not packaged or bottled!!!

If you are not selling food or drinks that are not open or cooked/made on site you will not need a permit.

Example: If you are selling jewelry or clothing you will not need a permit.

How many entry passes does Vendor get for Team?

Vendors registration fees includes entry of 5 Team Members into the Event. Vendor Team members will receive a Vendor Hand Stamp and Vendor Pass to allow re-entry into the event if Team Member must leave and return.

Can I be a Food Vendor that sales BBQ for profit

Yes, But your are required to participate in the BBQ competition. You must pay vendor fee & BBQ competition entry fee to be given the right to sell BBQ as a premier Vendor. You can make payment for your SSNS Festival BBQ Competition here.

Is electricity provided?

Yes, electricity is available. Please request this option when your securing your payment.

When is vendor deadline to complete process to secure a slot at the SSNS Festival 24?

Pre-Registered Vendor Sign Up Date: Before January 1st, 2024

Early Bird Vendor Registration Period: January 1st, 2024 – March 21st, 2024

Final Registration Countdown: March 21st 2024 – May 20th, 2024

Can I share my booth with another vendor?

Each vendor must register individually. Sharing is not permitted.

What happens if it rains?

The festival is rain or shine. Please come prepared for varying weather conditions.

Do product, service, or promotional vendors need insurance or a permit?

No, Permits & Insurance are reserved for vendors that are cooking food or preparing drinks on the grounds of the event.

Can Vendors sell beverages at the event?

No Vendors are not allowed to sell regular beverages only unique beverages. Unique beverages are Vendor branded beverages or custom created drinks in cups.

Vendors must not sell Major Brand beverages or Bottle Water for example of brands not allowed to be sold at the event:

  • Gatorade
  • Powerade
  • Monster
  • Red Bull
  • Coke Brands
  • Pepsi Brands
  • Major Branded Beers
  • And any other Brand Beverages that are not unique to the vendor

 

If these beverages are used to mix in to create a unique drink then it is ok and approved.
